As Scouts, we show great enthusiasm for activities that give us a sense of achievement and follow our special interests. Scouting helps young people gain character and develop qualities while having fun.

Becoming a Scout means you'll receive expert instructions in a wide variety of outdoor skills, together with all the important basic theory to make sure you don’t get lost and can deal with life’s emergencies.

We go on camps with a few friends or join thousands of boys and girls for fun and adventure at a national Jamboree.

We also have challenging activities linked with other internet and amateur radio, performance arts such as singing dancing and acting and awards linked to citizenship, community service and personal spiritual development.
At 3rd Mosman Bay, sailing and canoeing is an important part of our weekly activities. Each year we have participated in the Sirius Cup and for the last seven years have received the Commodore's Cup.

Sirius Cup is an annual event run by Sydney North Region Scouts for youth and adult members from all over New South Wales and the ACT. There are around 750 participants of all ages participating in sailing, canoeing, rowing, camping and iron man events. The event is in its 58th year and grows stronger each year.
